Every Hyderabad Horology timepiece is crafted with precision and carefully inspected before delivery. To ensure confidence in your purchase, all watches are covered by a limited warranty and include an official Hyderabad Horology Warranty Card.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
All Hyderabad Horology watches come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against:
• Manufacturing defects
• Movement-related issues under normal usage
• Defects in materials or workmanship
The warranty is valid only when accompanied by:
• Original Warranty Card
• Valid proof of purchase/order confirmation
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches on case, glass, strap, or bracelet
• Water damage caused by improper usage beyond stated resistance limits
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Battery wear or strap wear over time
