• All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

SHIPPING TIME

• Shipping across India typically takes up to 7 business days after dispatch.

• Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location and courier operations.

• Currently, Hyderabad Horology does not offer international shipping. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp for easy order tracking.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your package arrives damaged or you experience any delivery-related issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.
